I'm a licensed practitioner of the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® with advanced training in Holistic Nutrition and somatic healing. I've worked with over 1,000 women with conditions such as bladder/rectal/uterine prolapse, birth injuries, sexual trauma, and numbness during sex.

 

In addition to massage therapy, I'm also a trauma-informed sex coach. My coaching clients are women over 40 who feel like their aging bodies are robbing them from reaching their most sexual Self. This work also allows for women who in partnership to experience more intimacy and closeness.

 

I work with a Tantric approach because creating safety inside the body allows for complete alignment, which allows for deeper sensations to be felt.
